Do you offer any additional services besides Virtual Tours?
Answer: Yes! We offer web development services, portfolio design, photography, print media design, business card CDs and much more!
I already have pictures for my web site. Can you use those for brochures and business card CDs?
Answer: Absolutely! We are more than happy to use photos you supply. You can either e-mail those to us, or send us the hard copies. We can also take digital photos for you if you are in the greater Nevada County area.
Once you develop a virtual tour for me, what happens when the information on it needs to change?
Answer: Simply e-mail us with the information that needs to change and we will take care of it for you! Our stated turnaround time is 24 hours, but typically occurs within one hour of the request
What happens if my web site crashes, and all of the virtual tours and photos are lost?
Answer: No need to worry! We Back up our computers daily, plus each time a web site is completed. This way, if something unforeseen does happen with your hosting service, we will still have a completed copy of your virtual tours and photos to put back on-line! For a fee of $15.00, we will put all of your virtual tours and photos onto a CD ROM and send it to you for your records.
What if I refer a client to you, and they buy a web site from you?
Answer: We love referrals! If you refer us a client that purchases a web site through us, we give you a 10% cash commission or 20% off YOUR next order with us! (Your referral may not currently be a client of Emerald Forest Design to qualify for this referral fee.)
